America is all about second chances. Or if you were the governor of Alaska turned Veep candidate turned reality TV star turned incoherent Trump endorser, then you get all the chances you want. And so it is for Sarah Palin, who will now aim to become our next Judge Judy.
According to People, the former politician was approached by a production company with the idea and she’s now partnered with a TV producer who discovered Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown. Palin doesn’t have lawyer credentials like those two successful TV judges, but an anonymous source says she qualifies in other ways: “Palin’s telegenic personality, wide appeal and common sense wisdom make her a natural for this kind of format and she was Warm Springs’ top pick for this project,” People quotes.
Palin now has to make a pilot and sell it to various local stations. If we’re lucky enough to see her succeed, we’ll get a Judge Palin show in Fall 2017.
Sounds like this show will be prime entertainment. Who doesn’t want their favorite Tea Party icon lecturing America’s poor on stuff like selling cats (?), or working at raves. And what if her cases end up involving domestic violence or having children out of wedlock? Is it time to rule? You betcha!
